A Post-Binary Society — Speculative Design Film

Set in the year 2080, Fēi Dviaa Nary envisions a coastal civilisation that emerges in the aftermath of ecological collapse and social fragmentation. Rejecting binary structures, this society embraces adaptability, interdependence, and continuous transformation. Within this fictional world, neural feedback devices gently interrupt binary thought patterns, while fluid garments transcend age, gender, and size—expressing identities in constant motion. Inspired by the jellyfish as a symbol of resilience and softness, the project challenges conventional boundaries between technology, nature, and the self.
